Academic Instructor

We are seeking an experienced educator to teach accounting, finance, and business disciplines.

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops in areas such as Accounting, Finance, and Business.
• Develop innovative teaching materials and assessments aligned with industry and academic standards.
• Work within approved guidelines to assess student work and submissions.
• Support student learning and progression through mentoring and academic feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and ensure alignment with professional body standards (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
• Engage with industry professionals to bring real-world context to the classroom.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic reviews, and programme administration.

• Masters degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven teaching ability and/or professional experience in accounting, finance, or business.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and IT skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain academic and professional standards.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools.
