Outdoor Worksite Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Crew Leader, you will oversee a team and equipment to plan and execute daily grounds maintenance. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a crew in the execution of daily grounds maintenance tasks
• Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilizing
• Diagnose turf and shrub conditions, including insects, diseases, and environmental factors
• Communicate with management and clients regarding landscape needs
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications and Skills:

• Passion for the outdoors and willingness to work hard
• Background in Horticulture or Landscaping preferred
• Turf, Weed, Tree, and Shrub ID knowledge preferred
• Able to complete training programs upon hire, including first aid and defensive driving courses
