As a Senior Engineering Design Manager with the Europlan Group, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex engineering design projects within the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Renewable Energy sectors.
This role requires a dynamic leader with at least 10 years of experience and chartered status, who can drive innovation, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-value engineering projects.
The appointed Senior Engineering Design Manager will have responsibility for taking the project from concept to hand over to site on behalf of the Europlan Group.
You will lead and oversee engineering design processes for major projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop, plan, and execute engineering design strategies, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Provide expert technical guidance in Oil & Gas, Construction, and Renewable Energy projects, including structural, mechanical, and civil engineering aspects.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering design methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in engineering design and project execution phases.
A Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional accreditation is mandatory. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design management, specifically within Oil & Gas, Construction, and Renewable Energy industries.
