A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team in North Dublin.
As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and new clients, handling broking, placement, processing, and administering tasks, as well as ensuring timely payment of premiums.
This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse range of corporate and private clients, providing comprehensive insurance services and expert advice. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in Personal Lines and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle all aspects of insurance broking, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business.
- Provide motor, home, marine, and travel insurance quotations for new business and ensure policy retention.
- Service policies and handle mid-term alterations, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve personal lines renewal income and new business targets.
- Generate leads for other business lines when possible and deal with client queries effectively.
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and adhere to Central Bank regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Lines.
- APA Personal, CIP or Grandfathered and fully CPD compliant.
- Excellent knowledge of Personal Lines Market.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
