Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Architect to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, negotiating with contractors, and attending meetings with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed drawings for building regulations applications and tender packages
  • Negotiating with contractors and other professionals to achieve project goals
  • Attending meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists to ensure effective communication
  • Coordinating the work of contractors to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in an architectural firm
  • Irish/UK experience is preferred
  • Good understanding of current building regulations and government framework projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
  • Attention to detail and design principles
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
