Senior Governance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing critical support to the Senior Regulatory Change Manager and Head of Regulatory Change and Outsourcing, Governance and Oversight.
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the Group Outsourcing Framework and supporting its operation.
- Conducting ongoing analysis of regulatory changes in relation to outsourcing and delegation.
- Providing guidance to the business as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters.
Required Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Sound regulatory expertise and knowledge.
- Strong alignment to Aztec Group values and a high level of integrity.
- Very high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
