Experienced Quality Healthcare Manager Required

Ensuring high standards of person-centered care requires a strong leadership presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems and audits across all facilities
  • Support clinical governance initiatives by mentoring and guiding Persons in Charge (PICs)
  • Establish policies aligned with national healthcare standards
  • Oversee safeguarding frameworks and risk management processes
  • Deliver training sessions and foster a culture of innovation and learning
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership teams

A successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with current registration and a postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement.

This role requires a deep understanding of HIQA standards, person-centred care principles, and excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

The position is full-time and permanent, based in the Midlands Region, covering homes within this area.
