Your new role as Fleet Administrator involves providing administrative support to the Fleet Team at a leading Irish semi-state utility company.

The company is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland, and this position offers a unique opportunity to gain excellent administrative experience within a reputable organisation.

As a member of the Fleet Team, you will be working in Cavan town, with a hybrid work model offering 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home after training.

Key duties include managing supplier and/or vendor queries, creating requisitions through the Oracle system, receipting and processing of invoices, information management, managing communications, tracking/analysing KPI's, collating reports, diary management, scheduling and coordinating trainings, and other general administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, interpersonal and written skills, proficiency using MS Suite with Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle. A keen eye for detail and multitasking are essential to meet tight deadlines.
