About the Position: A seasoned Duty Manager is required to oversee the seamless operation of a 4-star hotel in Cork.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective coordination across all hotel areas
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team during service/shift hours
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Evaluate and enforce adherence to shift and opening/closing procedures
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing Food and Beverage operations, Outlets, and Rooms service
  • Candidates must possess experience managing Conferences, Weddings, and Events
  • Front office training is necessary, with ability to check in/out and assist in this area
  • Demonstrate effective leadership and team management abilities
  • Exhibit reliability, commitment, motivation, and professionalism
  • Preferred: 2-3 years' experience as a Duty Manager in a Leisure style 4-star Hotel in Ireland
