FPGA Hardware Designer

InnaLabs Ltd, a global leader in inertial sensor technology, seeks an experienced FPGA Hardware Designer to join its team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience architecting and designing FPGA-based systems.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the company's FPGA team, contributing to the development of innovative inertial solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Specification/design of FPGA blocks
- Design documentation, including FPGA requirements, specifications, design descriptions, and test specifications.
- FPGA laboratory-based verification work, system integration and test.
- Support existing FPGA design verification and board test activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on system architecture and design, providing inputs to architecture and design reviews.
- Write, simulate, and verify VHDL-based FPGA designs.
- Schematic, PCB Layout support, and review.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and programming languages such as C/C++ for simulation/design environment development and laboratory test results analysis. Strong knowledge of FPGA design flow, interface protocols, memory technologies, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C) is also required. Experience working with electronic circuit & system design: analogue, digital and power, knowledge of embedded systems and processor architectures, and familiarity with laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, and Signal Analyser are highly desirable. Preferred experience with VHDL and ECSS-Q-ST-60-02 – ASIC & FPGA Development design flow for space projects is also preferred.
