As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. This involves overseeing the entire hotel environment, from guest relations to front office duties, and managing the team of Night Porters.
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of the hotel business and previous hospitality experience. They should also possess good computer skills and knowledge of Opera, as well as experience in using Brilliant electronic front office system.
The successful applicant will lead the team to achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations, and hotel standards. They will also contribute to the strategic running of the hotel and develop the Night team.
