About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our tennis club. This includes scheduling repairs, managing member data, and ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule repairs and maintenance to ensure the club's facilities remain in excellent condition.
- Process member subscriptions and renewals, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date records.
- Oversee payroll for full-time staff and track hours worked by part-time bar staff.
- Collaborate with the committee on strategic planning and initiatives, implementing new projects or changes as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance club operations and member experience.
- Engage with members daily, handling queries, bookings, and other public-facing matters.
Requirements:
- Exceptional administration and MS Office skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and drive, focusing on day-to-day operations and club improvement.
- Strong communication skills, able to represent the club and engage effectively with members.
- Level-headed and strategic thinking, capable of identifying opportunities or issues and managing them accordingly.
