Job Description:

  • A Senior Commercial Operations Manager is sought by our organization to oversee the commercial operations of our company, ensuring that all processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize commercial performance and support business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue to ensure accurate reporting and resource allocation.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial initiatives and drive accountability across teams.
  • Oversee contract management, pricing strategies, and negotiations to maximize profitability and customer value.
  • Responsible for managing and responding to tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and contracts to ensure the highest quality responses are provided within deadlines.
  • Support deals through the sales life cycle and internal approval processes while partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Support sales on the contract and quotation administration for enterprise clients and prospects.
  • Act as a client-facing subject matter expert on contract-related matters with the support of commercial leadership.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving commercial operational workflows.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices in commercial operations.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage additional ad-hoc requests and responsibilities across complex business, strategic, and contract issues.
