Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Metal Fabricator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with metal structures and has experience in manufacturing or fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate steel structures according to blueprints and pre-engineered drawings for robotic welding machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately and efficiently.
  • Lay out and position metal designs for completion.
  • Use welding equipment to heat, form, and dress metal parts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Hold required configurations or positions for welding.
  • Work collaboratively with robot operators and have basic knowledge of pendant operations.
  • Comprehend how to use measuring equipment effectively.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Pass a 1G weld test.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player.
  • Follow safety procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
