• Attention to detail with the ability to improve and enhance software-generated designs as required.
• Prioritize meeting industry standards and technical regulations.
• Develop skills to manage multiple projects and competing stakeholder demands within tight deadlines.
• Foster strong relationships and engagement with colleagues.
• Strive for a positive 'can-do' attitude and solution-focused approach.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency on the Mitek Pamir design suite.
• Experience with floor joist or timber frame design.
• Ability to mentor/train junior designers.
• Skill in site measurement.
