Food and Beverage Operations Manager">

Are you a driven professional with strong operational knowledge of food service, bars, and events? We are hiring experienced Food and Beverage Operations Managers for 4- and 5-star hotels across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily F&B operations across outlets including restaurants, bars, and banqueting
  • Assist with budgets, cost control, and profitability
  • Collaborate with kitchen teams on menus and quality
  • Maintain high service and food standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff
  • Coordinate weddings, conferences, and events
  • Manage suppliers and stock control
  • Keep up with industry trends and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in F&B management in a 4- or 5-star hotel
  • Strong operational knowledge of food service, bars, and events
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate about guest experience
  • Flexible for evenings, weekends, and events
