We are looking for a skilled Production Technician to join our team. As a key player in the production department, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, be able to work independently and effectively as part of a team, and possess strong communication skills. They will also have a proven ability to learn multiple processes and provide guidance to other team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out material handling tasks such as moving materials from storage to production areas, storing and handling WIP material, and disposing of recyclable waste.
  • Supporting proper line opening and closing procedures through accurate material control and machine setup.
  • Operating computerized equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures.

You will also be expected to:

  • Support the implementation of LSPS and follow its principles.
  • Aid in the qualification of new production lines as required.
  • Inspect membrane and devices at various stages of the process.
  • Follow sampling requirements and record results accurately.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and GMP in the work area.
  • Complete documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Leaving Certificate or equivalent standard of education.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple processes and mentor others.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP and Safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in MES, SAP, and LIMs.
