We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Finance Director to lead our Roomex division's financial operations. This is a challenging role that requires strong strategic capabilities and operational skills. The successful candidate will have successfully developed a Controllership function aligned with business objectives and built and led a global Finance team.
The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including 3+ years at Financial Controller level, preferably within a technology environment. They will have a recognized taxation qualification and experience with US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations.
The Corporate Finance Director will be responsible for managing the team through goal setting, performance review, career development, and succession planning to maximize potential and drive success. They will also oversee the production of statutory, quarterly, and monthly financial accounts for Roomex.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the team through goal setting, performance review, career development, and succession planning.
- Overseeing the production of timely and accurate financial reports.
- Acting as the central finance contact point for financial control matters with the parent company/group.
