Healthcare Communications Leader Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned professional to drive our healthcare communications strategy forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication plans that meet the needs of our clients in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

Your role will involve providing strategic advice to clients, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services across multiple accounts. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong media contacts, monitoring health policy and market developments, and identifying proactive opportunities for client engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Irish healthcare policy and media landscape, as well as experience in managing client accounts, teams, and budgets. You will also need to have excellent verbal and creative writing skills, as well as the ability to advise clients in high-pressure or crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that meet the needs of our clients in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality services across multiple accounts, ensuring outputs meet the highest quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong media contacts within relevant health, policy, and business outlets.
  • Monitor health policy and market developments, identifying proactive opportunities for client engagement.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare policy and media landscape.
  • Experience in managing client accounts, teams, and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and creative writing skills.
  • Able to advise clients in high-pressure or crisis situations.
