The Lodge Linen Porter role at a prestigious resort.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Lodge Linen Porter. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of lodge units and maintaining the privacy of guests. They will also receive daily work assignment reports from their Supervisor and be expected to perform various tasks including placing and making up extra beds and cots in lodges, picking up clean linen and refilling the par stock of linen at each lodge station, and keeping the loading bay clean and tidy.
Additionally, the Lodge Linen Porter will be required to perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed, clean lodge rooms when required to support the housekeeping team, restock all supplies including toilet paper and soap in the main store, and keep the company's vehicles clean and tidy at all times.
In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a high standard of English, flexibility in working hours depending on occupancy/pick-up, attention to detail, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, good presentation, and a positive can-do, will-do attitude. They must also be able to multi-task and have good communication skills.
