Project Manager Position

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading various projects, including product or technology development, moderate-sized site transfers/acquisitions, and acting as a site representative for broader global projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Manage technical challenges, risks, and solutions in technology application and product development.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor project plans and budgets.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in phase reviews and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Conduct business reviews and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Essential:
    • Strong experience managing large, complex, cross-functional or multisite projects.
    • Leadership skills and project management expertise.
    • Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
    • Excellent collaboration, communication, and people management skills.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Science, Software, or Manufacturing).
    • 5+ years of project management experience in Operations or New Product Development.
    • Medical device experience is preferred.
  • Desirable:
    • Master's degree or Project Management qualification.
