Process Maintenance Professional

This role is responsible for applying scientific, engineering, and mathematical knowledge to maintain and improve manufacturing assets.

The Process Maintenance Manager oversees operations, ensuring machinery is in top condition to prevent downtime and maintain product quality.

Achieving this goal requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure lifecycle management from design to decommissioning.
  • Manage maintenance programs, supporting budgets, coordinating shutdowns, and providing input on capital projects.
  • Drive Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Optimization initiatives using lean tools.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance with production schedules.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide technical leadership and performance analysis.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop procedures and standards.
  • Lead technicians and outside resources.
  • Provide training and supervise maintenance resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years in engineering, with preference for electrical background and industrial systems knowledge.
  • Experience in automated manufacturing, food processing equipment, and dairy/food process engineering preferred.

Safety and Quality:

  • Follow all health and safety rules and regulations in the plant.
  • Report hazards immediately.
  • Consult SOPs for all tasks and adhere to them.
