Pharmaceutical Process Improvement Specialist

Safely coordinate the delivery of processing equipment to the site based on planned timelines and scope. Equipment includes autoclaves, LAF units, moulds, extruders, packaging equipment, equipment upgrades, lyophilizers, isolators, containment booths, and stopper processing equipment.
- Ensure timely installation and service hookups for vendors and engineering personnel.
- Lead Factory Acceptance Testing as part of the project team or support the Project Manager.
- Coordinate all equipment documentation requirements.
- Oversee equipment commissioning for validation activities.
- Prepare equipment training and maintenance protocols.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager and provide advice on key outcomes.
Deliver process improvement projects by collaborating with Business Unit leaders to implement improvements. Lead regular Equipment/Facility Project review meetings and attend weekly Tier Meetings, monthly Department Meetings, and monthly 1:1 meetings with supervisors.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Automation or a similar field.
- Project Management experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to operate effectively within a multi-function project team.
