Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
  2. Achieving target-driven KPIs
  3. Managing, motivating, and developing the store team
  4. Maintaining adequate stock levels
  5. Delivering consistently excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Completed leaving certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driving license
  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
  • Preferably, previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, but not essential provided you have the right attitude
