Senior Tax Associate Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned tax expert to step into a leadership role in the financial sector. As a Senior Tax Associate, you will guide clients through the complexities of U.S. tax compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client engagements, reporting directly to senior managers.
  • Lead and train junior staff, fostering technical expertise and professional growth.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about local and global tax issues, particularly in the asset management sector.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and internal branding activities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • A CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Master of Taxation, or active progress toward one (preferred).
  • Relevant tax experience in U.S. partnership and/or corporate tax (required).
  • Expertise in compliance and consulting for investment partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
