We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager in our Finglas store.

Job Role

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of their store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. This leader reports to the District Manager and works together to provide a smooth and profitable operation by driving revenue, managing costs, and creating a culture based on high-quality pet care and exceptional customer service.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a retail Store Manager
  • Track record in achieving KPI's
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence - Ensure adherence to store processes and guidelines. Optimise efficiency, streamline processes, and drive informed decision-making for enhanced store performance.
  • Operational Analytics – Achieve company KPI's, manage store personnel costs and sales performance.
  • Leadership - Empower your team's growth and engagement through supportive leadership, training, and a culture of trust and respect.
  • Merchandise and Inventory - Ensure impeccable product availability, planogram implementation, and accurate inventory management.
  • Customer Engagement - Drive customer engagement by leading by example and ensuring the entire team provides exemplary service
