We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-profile projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead infrastructure development projects from conception to completion
  • Manage and motivate senior project managers and engineers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure development
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
