Optimizing Cement Plant Performance Specialist

Job Title: Maintenance Task Force Leader
We are seeking a skilled leader to support the delivery of optimal plant performance, promote knowledge transfer among teams, and facilitate the implementation of best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance organizational structures and systems, as well as experience in advising senior management and managing operational teams.
This role offers a unique development opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of global cement operations, build a network of peer contacts, and work with industry experts.
- Lead a team to achieve world-class performance levels in all plants.
- Promote and facilitate knowledge transfer among teams.
- Implement policies and attend meetings.
Key stakeholders include directors, managers, and quality assurance professionals.
Leadership competencies required include building and managing teams, effective communication, autonomy, and decision-making skills.
Functional competencies include an engineering degree, at least 10 years' experience in the cement industry, and expert knowledge of cement production processes.
Candidates should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Additionally, candidates should have a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainability.
Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and standards is highly desirable.
