Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to join a large-scale enterprise programme in West Dublin. This is a 6-month daily rate contract (with potential renewal) requiring onsite presence 2 days per week.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the testing process and ensuring that software applications meet the required quality standards. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Test Manager or Quality Assurance Professional in complex technology implementations within large enterprises.
  • Proven experience across multiple stacks: ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, digital & mobile apps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable liaising with technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated quality and delivery mindset in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid background in both automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (including Test Module).
  • Extensive defect management experience.
  • Proven ability to compile and present weekly test reports across multiple projects.
  • Experience coordinating multiple test teams, ensuring deliverables meet project and quality requirements.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC & STLC, with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
