">We are currently seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a store.

- The Deputy Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in managing the store's daily activities and ensuring that all targets are met.">
- This is a senior team role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.">
- The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience and be passionate about working with people and customers.">
Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in managing the store's day-to-day operations, including coaching and managing the team to deliver great service and availability.">
- Take full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is not present, ensuring that all targets are met.">
- Lead communication in the store and create an environment of two-way communication.">
- Understand the store's key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead the team to deliver the targets.">
- Coaching and managing colleagues to enable them to deliver daily priorities and meet customer needs.">
- Review reports and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer and colleague satisfaction.">

- Previous retail management experience.">

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.">
