Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Processes Senior Consultant to join our team at the Premium Hub CoE in Dublin 24. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP technologies and a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

The Business Processes Consultant will contribute to the delivery of premium advisory, support, and services to our customers globally. This includes providing onsite and remote process consultancy via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the expertise of a CoE Business Processes Consultant with SAP's products and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, Data Management, Analytics, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Intelligent Technologies, IBP, Finance (FICO), and more.

The goal is to enable our customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA, ABAP, Python, SQL, R, C#, and excellent analytical skills with a flair for very detailed technical thinking and root cause analysis.

  • Willingness to travel abroad to different regions for both customer and internal requests (infrequent).
  • Ability to work under pressure, in critical situations, and in tight deadlines.
  • Very high customer focus and customer-facing skills (handling customer escalations).
  • Strong communication/presentation skills (MS Teams), bringing a proactive approach within a digital environment.
