We are seeking a skilled Clinical Category Management Director to join our team at Regeneron Ireland DAC. This role will involve supporting and assisting in the development and implementation of our Global Clinical Category Management strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, with experience in managing clinical categories and suppliers across various industries. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role in our procurement department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Collaborating with partners to develop and implement Global Clinical Category Management strategies
• Managing negotiations, supplier management activities, and partner engagement activities
• Driving value through cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency savings
• Representing Global Procurement in organizational decisions related to global strategies with critical short and long-term impact on success, efficiency, growth, and results
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and relevant progressive experience in procurement, including experience in Pharma/Bio Pharma. You should also have demonstrated success working effectively with cross-functional teams through effective sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship management.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of rates, unit costs, and costing structures, as well as global supply market evaluation processes using all available market intelligence, risk, compliance, and financial assessment tools. Experience managing associate level professionals is also preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $129,800.00 - $211,800.00 annually, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health and wellness programs, fitness centers, equity awards, annual bonuses, and paid time off for eligible employees at all levels.
