Job Title

A Bar Supervisor is needed to oversee the daily operations of a luxurious hotel's bar, maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
  • Create and develop new cocktail recipes
  • Train and mentor bar staff
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage bar promotions and special events
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting
  • Implement and enforce bar policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide support in other areas of the hotel if necessary
  • To participate in all Health and Safety training scheduled for you and your team
  • To complete all HACCP documentation as required
