Project Kuiper is an initiative to provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our efforts in designing and developing software systems and interfaces that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a software roadmap for Project Kuiper customer experiences.
- Collaborate with teams to design suitable software systems and interfaces fulfilling customer needs.
- Strategically plan team growth from a software services and organization perspective.
- Hire and develop a diverse team of software engineers.
- Collaborate with team members to form a strong foundation for Project Kuiper's software organization.
- Mentor new team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering team management.
- 7+ years of direct engineering team experience.
- 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems.
- 8+ years of leading multi-tier web services development.
- Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development life cycle practices.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
