Job Title: Production Operations Supervisor

This role requires a results-driven leader who can promote a high standard of safety and housekeeping, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of manufacturing goals and objectives, strong team lead or people management skills within a cGMP environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a high standard of safety and housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and control standards within the Manufacturing areas.
  • Provide front-line supervision for team members to ensure production targets are met.
  • Motivate and develop team members to create a positive production environment and maximize production capability and flexibility to changing needs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver effective training plans in line with business objectives.
  • Maintain workflow by setting and revising priorities and targets for the team.
  • Monitor metrics (area, tool, stage), take action to optimize performance.
  • Communicate performance expectations and formally assess employee performance via timely periodic performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing goals and objectives.
  • Strong team lead or people management skills within a cGMP environment.
  • Demonstrates a high level of motivation and energy to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
