We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Fleet Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will undergo all necessary training and development to excel in the role.

Candidates must be highly motivated and creative, with a passion for engaging with Service Users on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the company fleet of vehicles to the highest possible standard.
  • Ensure vehicles are taxed, insured, and compliant with relevant documentation.
  • Respond to vehicle maintenance requests promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
  • Monitor and review telematics data to identify driver behavior concerns.
  • Evaluate and respond to any defects or concerns relating to roadworthiness.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Company Fuel Card Policy.
  • Purchase vehicles in line with service needs while maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Manage budgets for services and repairs.
  • Review and complete reports following vehicle accidents.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely repairs and service.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of fleet management principles.
  • Experience in a similar role working with a fleet.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
