Job Description

You will be responsible for carrying out site visits for non-standard new connection applications, performing site assessments, and creating work orders for non-standard new connections within a given region. You will work closely with third parties assigned to work in the field, ensuring the delivery of on-site connection services.

  • Oversee connection requests to the water and wastewater network
  • Work closely with Local Authorities and relevant parties
  • Deliver connection services for customers
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor incoming site inspection requests in relation to non-standard New Connection applications
  2. Conduct site assessments in accordance with Health and Safety Policies and Standards
  3. Document results of inspections and approve/close work order as applicable
Requirements

Technical Requirements:

  1. A blend of technical expertise, regulatory awareness, and strong interpersonal skills
  2. Relevant third level qualification in civil engineering
  3. Understanding of planning applications and connection regulations
