About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation Supervisor to join our client's team in Co. Kilkenny. As a key member of the hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping team and ensuring that cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.• Train and support accommodation assistants to achieve high levels of performance.• Schedule and allocate tasks to staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.• Liaise with the front office and maintenance teams regarding room status and issues.• Handle guest requests or complaints related to accommodation services professionally.• Monitor inventory levels of linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities.

What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.• Good knowledge of health & safety and housekeeping procedures.• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
