Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Localization Innovation Specialist to revolutionize our data center learning localization. This role requires passion, creativity, and technical expertise to design and build AI-powered solutions that enhance our localization capabilities.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating frameworks to evaluate and improve Large Language Model (LLM) translation quality, developing automation solutions that streamline our localization processes, and implementing data-driven approaches to measure and improve localization effectiveness.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or IT is required. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in program or project management with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes, and timelines.
