Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Food and Beverage department as a Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results. They will possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop their team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In addition to leading the Food and Beverage team, the successful candidate will also be responsible for maximizing revenue through effective management of hotel operations, managing payroll costs, and organizing the efficient operation of all food and beverage outlets.
