Job Summary

The Carcase Handling Specialist is a critical role within our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving carcases throughout our facility.

Responsibilities include:

1. Loading and unloading carcases from trucks;
2. Ensuring quality standards and Health & Safety requirements are always adhered to;
3. Using power pallet truck (training provided);
4. Performing daily equipment checks;
5. Complying with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work well in a team environment;
• Knowledge and experience in a food manufacturing environment an advantage.
