Risk Analyst Job Description:
AIB is seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to join our risk management team. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization.

Our risk management team is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and supporting risk-taking activities across AIB.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse data to identify trends and draw conclusions, providing reports and reviews to senior stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Develop guidance and advice to the Board, CRO, and other stakeholders in relation to the Bank's operational risks & emerging risks, trends, upstream horizon.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a robust risk culture where risks are understood and taken within risk appetite.
  • Implement process improvements and monitor key performance indicators to enhance business value, security, and resilience.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or related field.
  • Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRMP, RIMS-RM).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
