Residential Care Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our residential services, providing high-quality care to young people in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and leading high-performing teams.

This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday with on-call duties. The ideal candidate will be able to make sound judgments and decisions based on current legislation and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage two residential services supporting young people
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by HIQA regulations
Requirements:
  • QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care or equivalent
  • Management qualification in Health/Social Care or be in the process of obtaining this qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management capacity
