Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNM2 to join our team on the Oncology Ward in South Dublin.

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care to individuals with cancer or related conditions
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI
  • Have 3-5 years post-registration experience in an Oncology/Palliative Care setting
  • Have a minimum of 2 years at management level
  • Have a recognised qualification or a minimum of 1 year's experience within the speciality
  • Have a minimum of 1 year's management experience
  • Have completed a management training programme
