Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Financial Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust financial operations and insightful reporting across both business units.

As the Financial Manager, you will lead core finance operations across both divisions, driving growth and excellence.

  • Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting across both business units.
  • Oversee billing processes, work-in-progress, and collections to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Analyse gross margins, operating expenses, and business unit profitability to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain robust financial reporting standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage accounts payable, treasury, and cash flow forecasting to maintain financial stability.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Support post-acquisition integration, due diligence processes, and system alignment.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to streamline finance operations.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports using advanced tools.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness.
  • Experience in professional services, IT, or multi-entity environments is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in leading or mentoring small teams.
  • Highly skilled in accounting systems and other finance tools, expert-level Excel skills, and a proficiency in business intelligence tools.
