We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Betting Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.


This role involves engaging warmly with every visitor, providing best-in-class service, and creating a friendly environment. A passion for technology will help you effectively promote our products and services while maintaining excellent shop presentation standards.

Your key duties will include:

  • Assisting customers to place bets through various channels
  • Maintaining shop presentation standards
  • Guiding operations in the absence of a supervisor
  • Adapting to different situations while remaining customer-focused

You will also be required to fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Familiarity with technology is essential to effectively promote our products and services.
