As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized advice on beauty products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert knowledge of beauty products and services to customers
- Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Passion for beauty and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
