Reporting Insights Manager

The Insight Data Reporting Engineer is a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to end-users by developing, managing, and optimizing reporting processes that support operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture reporting needs and translate them into actionable digital solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Splunk.
- Identify areas for improvement in reporting processes and methodologies, implementing enhancements as needed.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and standard processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies in all reporting activities.
- Experience in performance management, insights, or reporting roles across major programs.
- Ability to craft and build digital reporting solutions from scratch.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, and Splunk.
- Solid grasp of SQL scripting and experience with Python scripts.
- Strong background in GxP and experience leading in highly regulated environments.
A degree in Information Technology or related field is required. 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in an FDA-regulated environment are also required.
