About Us
Our client is on a transformative journey, and they are seeking a Talent & Performance Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving excellence in their people strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent and performance in a dynamic, evolving organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of talent development and performance management strategies. They will work closely with the HR Leadership Team to guide HRBPs in embedding talent and performance initiatives within their business areas. Key responsibilities include overseeing key processes like objective setting, development planning, calibration, and succession planning.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in a similar Talent & Performance role or within HR, with a strong focus on Performance and Organisational Development. A deep understanding of how talent development and performance management drive business success is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring engagement and buy-in. A relevant qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or Talent Management is a plus.
