Job Description

The Stryker Group is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Carrigtwohill, Cork. This permanent, hybrid role will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support new product and process introductions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Select components and equipment for manufacturing processes.
  • Develop component-specific testing and inspection protocols.
  • Complete capital acquisition activity from specifying equipment to validation.
  • Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP generation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing processes for manufacturing plastic components.
  • Experience of Design for Manufacturing, capability studies, verification, and validation.
  • A minimum of a Degree (level 8) in a suitable subject, such as Engineering or Polymers.
